Vegan trend setter Kanu Café launches grand opening weekend Sept. 21

Fans of plant-based foods have their mouths set for coconut cream pie (without the cream) as Kanu Café opens to the public on Sunday, Sept. 23.
The restaurant, with American plant-based chef Matthew Kenney at the helm, avoids animal products (though they will have cream for coffee).
