UCP slams provincial budget consultations as 'partisan campaigning'

The province is preparing a budget ahead of the spring election, spurring Finance Minister Joe Ceci to hold public consultation sessions. But the UCP is calling the move “nothing more than thinly-veiled partisan campaigning.”
