Two charged with first-degree murder after pub regular shot in error, say police

Two men have been charged with first-degree murder after a 28-year-old man was shot while coming out of a pub on June 1.
Justin Nicholas Allen, 28, was found on the ground suffering gunshot wounds after police responded to a pub near Hermitage Road and 40 Street at 1:20 a.m. on June 1 for reports of an altercation.
Allen was treated at the scene before he was taken to hospital where he died from his injuries.
