Two arrested in northern Alberta methamphetamine bust

Mounties have seized what they say is methamphetamine with an estimated street value of up to $40,000 from a home and a vehicle in the hamlet of Ardmore in northern Alberta.
A man and a woman were arrested during the bust on Saturday, which was part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation by Bonnyville and Cold Lake RCMP in the area.
Police seized 393 grams of methamphetamine, more than $2,000 in cash, drug paraphernalia and a conducted energy weapon, RCMP said in a Monday news release
