TSB investigating 27-car CP train derailment near Field, B.C.
Investigators are travelling from Edmonton Thursday evening to a rail line near Field, B.C. after 27 rail cars derailed.
Transportation Safety Board spokesperson Alexandre Fournier said the derailment occurred at around 10:10 a.m. Thursday on the Canadian Pacific Laggan subdivision rail line, which runs from Calgary to Field, B.C., at the Upper Spiral Tunnel in Yoho National Park.
