Thursday's letters: Vote wisely for city council

The Edmonton Raging Grannies is a well-known group of 12 activists on social and political issues, including the municipal election.
We have developed a list of criteria for a good mayor and city council members, which will guide us in our voting. We will vote for the candidates who:
Value the public good over developers’ profits;
Support racial, gender, ethnic, and age diversity;
Welcome immigrants and refugees;
Balance affordable housing needs with intelligent, respectful infill projects
