Thursday's letters: Cyclists pay their share for city roads

I would like to point out that the money we pay for driver’s licences and licence plates is paid directly to the Alberta government. It is not municipal revenue. The City of Edmonton pays for city roads using property taxes. Therefore, cyclists pay for their share of Edmonton roads through property taxes, either as renters or homeowners. Read More
