Throne speech to kick off final session before Alberta election

Alberta MLAs from all parties will convene at the legislature Monday to launch the last session before an election call expected in a matter of days, or weeks.
Lt. Gov. Lois Mitchell is scheduled to deliver the government’s speech from the throne beginning at 3 p.m.
