The Next Act expands, and celebrates its 25th anniversary

The Next Act’s Saylish Haas and her partners have a lot on their proverbial plate. In addition to working on a new restaurant, they are planning a party to mark 25 years of good times at the Old Strathcona restaurant that started it all.
The restaurant expansion first. Haas, along with partners Michael Rebalkin, chef Nathan McLaughlin and Next Act general manager Mike Angus, have taken over the space just north of The Next Act and are opening a tiny boite of a spot.
