The Holy Roller closes till April for renovations and new concept

The windows are papered over at The Holy Roller as the Old Strathcona restaurant revamps its space and its menu.
Michael Maxxis, co-owner of Holy Roller, El Cortez and Have Mercy, says he has partnered with a new company that is helping the restaurant trio move forward with its brand development. Although The Holy Roller has only been open a year, and was already extensively renovated, Maxxis says the space isn’t being used efficiently.
