Condominiums go on sale to the public this weekend in a downtown Edmonton highrise slated to be the tallest building in Western Canada.
The Sky Residences will start on the 30th floor of the Ice District’s 66-storey Stantec Tower but, because the lower office space has higher ceilings, the condos begin at a similar height to the top of a 40-storey residential structure, said Glen Scott, president of Katz Group Real Estate.
