Stanley A. Milner: Library, now military street named after former alderman

A “generous visionary” with unwavering commitment to Canada’s military who helped shape Edmonton into the city it is today, former alderman Stanley A. Milner was honoured Saturday with a ceremony unveiling a street sign bearing his family’s name.
Milner Crescent will stand in the new Canada Lands development Village at Griesbach, in the city’s north end, testament to the Milner family’s generations of military service.
