St. Albert man pleads guilty to personation, forcible confinement

A St. Albert man received a suspended sentence, 40 hours of community service and one-year of probation for pretending to be a police officer and forcible confinement.
Mark Andrew Capowski, 37, of St. Albert was investigated by both St. Albert and Westlock RCMP after reports of a man pulling people over with a white or silver Chevrolet Silverado Suburban with a black grill with a push bar and “undercover lights,” according to a news release sent Thursday.
