Sprint finish seals Stage 3 win for Howes

For a race that covered 116 kilometres, it sure didn’t last very long.
After 115 kilometres of leg-draining chess, the third stage of the ATB Tour of Alberta began in earnest with less than one kilometre to go Sunday, and it was over quickly.
With several riders poised and ready for a sprint finish at the University of Alberta, Cannondale-Drapac’s Alex Howes pulled away from the pack with a dominating push that nobody had an answer for.
