Security concerns prompted cancellation of Bighorn consultations, minister said

Five separate instances of harassment and consultation with RCMP and security officials prompted Environment and Parks Minister Shannon Phillips to cancel public consultation sessions about a proposed new Bighorn Wildland Provincial Park, she said on Sunday.
