Second man linked to $250,000 Edmonton fraud arrested, charged

A second man has been charged with defrauding a number of Edmonton businesses over a four-month period to the tune of more than $250,000 using stolen credit card information.
Police had previously arrested 60-year-old Peter Philip Cardinal in September last year, charging him with five counts of fraud over $5,000, two counts of fraud under $5,000 and uttering a forged document.
Last week investigators arrested 42-year-old Richard Joseph Zukowksi and charged him with the same offences.
