Second-degree murder charge laid in northern Alberta death
Mounties have laid a second-degree murder charge against a man in relation to the death of a 25-year-old woman in northern Alberta in late April.
The body of Chantelle Hole was found in a rural residence near the hamlet of Smith, located 73 km east of Slave Lake, on April 29.
The suspect was arrested Friday and remanded into custody.
Randy Potskin, 27, of Smith is scheduled to appear in Slave Lake provincial court via closed-circuit television June 7.
