Seasonal parking ban declared after weekend snowfall

A seasonal parking ban was put in place Saturday night as city crews worked to clean up the mess left by heavy snowfall that began Friday.
The ban was effective at 11:59 p.m. Saturday and will remain in place until the city declares it over.
