School bus strikes two youth on Hemingway Road in west Edmonton

Emergency crews are on the scene of a collision in west Edmonton between a school bus and two Grade 8 students from Bessie Nichols school.
Fire crews were called to assist medical services at 3:49 p.m. after receiving a report that a bus had struck a person at Hemingway Road and 206 Street, said a spokeswoman with Edmonton Fire Rescue Services.
Hemingway Road in The Hamptons neighbourhood is closed between 201 Street and 205 Street and police are asking motorists to avoid the area.
