While Jaskirat Singh Sidhu is guilty of driving without due care, where is his employer in all of this? Who told this inexperienced and untrained young driver to haul that truck and load?
He should also be hauled into court and reprimanded in some fashion. He should also lose his business licence. How many other untrained drivers does he have on the road?
