Saturday's letters: Maxime Bernier's loss a blow for consumers

The recent Conservative leadership win of Andrew Scheer over Maxime Bernier means that consumers lost out to the milk lobby, mostly from Quebec.
Maxime Bernier had boldly championed real change in wanting to dismantle supply management. Supply management is the system that controls dairy, egg, and chicken prices.
So who is standing up for us consumers now?
