Riverboat renovations done, owner waiting for permits to open for public
The Edmonton Queen is ready to ride the North Saskatchewan River once more. That is, once the paperwork gets filed.
Jay Esterer has poured untold dollars into refurbishing the steel paddlewheeler from bow to stern since acquiring it at auction in May for more than $550,000.
