Receiver Duke Williams comes up big in debut with Eskimos

Not all diamonds have to come from the rough.
And Duke Williams might just be rewriting the book on breaking onto the Edmonton Eskimos offence.
Not only did he become the first American receiver to start in a season opener for the club since 2011.
But if Williams becomes the next big thing to come out of an Eskimos factory that has produced elite receivers the likes of Derel Walker and Brandon Zylstra, the rookie will have broken a trend that tends to drive fans crazy when looking in hindsight.
