'Real and present danger': Notley appoints three envoys to help address oil price differential
Premier Rachel Notley has appointed three envoys to work on short-term solutions to close a widening oil price differential burdening Alberta’s energy industry.
“This price gap is a real and present danger to the Canadian economy,” Notley said at a Monday news conference. “Everything that we do short of building new pipelines and getting more value from our resources is not a long-term fix.”
