Province to introduce gas-and-dash legislation aiming to protect employees

Alberta’s labour minister is announcing new measures Monday that will aim to protect gas station and convenience store workers from violence, said a government news release. 
Government House Leader Brian Mason said the first bill to be introduced during the Alberta Legislature’s fall sitting would be related to pre-payment systems at gas stations.
