Police officer assaulted after breaking up bar fight in Jasper

Two people were arrested after a fight outside a Jasper nightclub in late January involved broken glass, an assault on a police officer and the use of a taser.
In a release Wednesday, Jasper RCMP said at around 1:15 a.m. on Jan. 27, officers responded to a call for assistance from bouncers for the Athabasca Hotel nightclub about a fight involving multiple people.
