Police lay charges after bank robberies involving explosives

Edmonton police have charged a man after a pair of violent robberies last year where explosives were detonated.
On Tuesday, police announced that a 38-year-old man from Salmon Arm, B.C., is facing multiple charges related to “a pair of violent robberies and explosions at two Edmonton financial institutions” in September and December 2018.
