Opinion: Reconnecting with a senior makes for the best gift

The holiday season is a time known for love, kindness and spending time with those we most love. While this truly is a joyous time of the year, it is also a time where many face feelings of isolation and loneliness.
For many seniors, these feelings of isolation and loneliness can be particularly acute. Canada’s seniors are living longer, healthier lives but limited mobility can often make it difficult for seniors to connect with their communities, families and loved ones during this time
