On Nov. 1, Staff Sgt. Bill Clark of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) gave a guest lecture at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. His comments to that class prompted one of the students, Ms. Caitlin Dick, to write a letter of complaint to EPS Acting Chief Kevin Brezinski.
