Opinion: Alberta misses chance to make post-secondary education more affordable

The recent Alberta provincial budget contains no shortage of pre-election spending with operating costs going up by $2.6 billion. However, in the billions of pre-election goodies, the government failed to address a proven solution for addressing affordability with a well-known return on investment — open educational resources.
