One dead after collision outside Cold Lake Saturday

One person is dead after a van and tanker truck collided on Saturday northeast of Edmonton.
At approximately 11:30 a.m., Cold Lake RCMP and emergency services responded to a collision at the intersection of Highway 28 and Range Road 424, police said Monday in a news release.
The driver of a grey van travelling eastbound along Highway 28 collided with a tanker truck heading westbound. The driver of the van was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the tanker was not injured.
