Old museum building occupied until 2020; all plans on the table for its next life

The new Royal Alberta Museum opened downtown to great fanfare in October, but plans for the old museum remain more elusive.
The old museum opposite Government House in Glenora is expected to be occupied until 2020 while staff from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism continue to transfer artifacts to the new RAM.
Government spokesperson Kate Toogood said in an email the province is continuing to look at all options regarding its future use, and no decision has been made.
