Oilers prepare to take on Predators

At first glance, the Edmonton Oilers schedule through the first four weeks of the NHL season seemed so daunting there were fears the year could be over before Halloween.
Yet, after flying to start the season in Europe, coming back to North American for a three-game road trip, and then returning home to host a perennial championship contender, the reigning President’s Trophy winners and defending Stanley Cup champions from the past three seasons, the Edmonton Oilers have come out of it wit
