Notley 'skeptical' of NEB process for Trans Mountain as Ottawa outlines 22-week deadline

Premier Rachel Notley says the province remains skeptical after a Friday morning announcement that the National Energy Board will redo its environmental review on the Trans Mountain pipeline.
