Notley 'pumped' as NDP faithful descend on Edmonton for policy convention

Premier Rachel Notley uses words like “pumped” and “excited” when she talks about this weekend’s convention; “optimistic” and “positive” get mentions too. She talks about a “celebratory” event. That doesn’t just mean balloons and streamers,
