Notley hoping PC minister turned NDP minister will win over Calgary

Sandra Jansen has made a political career of defending the underdog.
So, it is only fitting she has been named a cabinet minister in the Notley government to defend that most defenceless of all underdogs — NDP MLAs in Calgary.
That’s not her new title, of course.
Her new designation is infrastructure minister. And her official job will be to shepherd the government’s massive multibillion-dollar program to build, among other things, new hospitals and schools all over the place.
