A $54.2-million road expansion will reduce traffic congestion for commuters travelling to and from St. Albert, says Infrastructure Minister Brian Mason.
Ray Gibbon Drive, which sits between Anthony Henday Drive and Villeneuve Road in northwest Edmonton, sees about 20,000 vehicles a day, according to the province. It connects St. Albert with Anthony Henday and the Yellowhead Highway.
