Nello's Downtown opening in former home of Il Pasticcio

Fans of Tony Saporito’s pasta at Nello’s in St. Albert will be slavering at the news that another location of Nello’s opens downtown in February.
With 100 seats, the second Nello’s outlet will be called Nello’s Downtown. It will be at 11520 100 Ave., in the space once occupied by Il Pasticcio, the comfortable neighbourhood eatery run by Saporito’s dad, Nello Saporito.
Il Pasticcio closed in February 2018 after some 25 years in business because Nello became ill
