Motorcyclist dies at scene of Stony Plain area crash

A 50-year-old man is dead after crashing his motorcycle west of Stony Plain Monday night, say RCMP. 
Stony Plain RCMP called to the single vehicle crash on Parkland Drive, west of Stony Plain, around 9:15 p.m. found the driver had been thrown from his bike and died at the scene. 
Alcohol and road conditions are not believed to be factors. Police continue to investigate.
