'Mill Woods rapist' re-arrested for violating sex offender conditions

The man known as the ‘Mill Woods rapist’ has been re-arrested, police said Friday.
Dana Michael Fash, 40, was arrested Thursday for failing to comply with his Sex Offender Information Registration Act (SOIRA) conditions, Edmonton Police spokeswoman Patrycja Mokrzan confirmed.
Fash was released from custody just over a week ago after the second-degree murder charge he previously faced for the death of Jeanette Marie Cardinal, 40, was stayed.
