Man's acquittal in Cindy Gladue murder case overturned

An Ontario truck driver’s acquittal in the death of a woman in an Edmonton motel was overturned in a scathing decision by the Court of Appeal of Alberta released Friday. 
Calling for a “reset” in the way Canadian juries are instructed in cases involving sexual assault, the court ordered Bradley Barton be retried for first-degree murder in relation to the death of Cindy Gladue.
