Man whose trial was stayed now in custody on assault charge

A man who walked away free from an aggravated sexual assault trial last September is back behind bars.
Blair Hinkley, 44, was arrested in Wetaskiwin on assault charges stemming from a June 8 incident at a rural residence in the County of Ponoka and is currently in custody, an RCMP K Division spokesman said Thursday.
