Man facing string of charges following fatal Cadotte Lake hit and run

A man is facing charges including impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death after a 21-year-old Cadotte Lake resident died in the township last week.
Mounties were called to the northern Alberta hamlet in the early hours of Nov. 23 for a report of a hit and run on Highway 986.
The woman had died from her injuries before the officers arrived and the suspected driver of the motor vehicle had left the scene prior to their arrival, police said Monday.
