Majority of home blood-pressure monitors inaccurate, Alberta-based study says

A University of Alberta research study has found people who use home blood-pressure monitors could be getting inaccurate readings more often than not.
Dr. Jennifer Ringrose, who led the study, said that a variance of less than five millimetres of mercury (mmHg) — the units used to measure blood pressure — would be acceptable.
