MacEwan University president resigns for new post on Vancouver Island

MacEwan University president Deborah Saucier is leaving the post after less than two years on the job to lead a university in Nanaimo, B.C.
In a Friday news release, the post-secondary institution announced Saucier is resigning as president and has accepted the position of president and vice-chancellor at Vancouver Island University (VIU). She will stay on as MacEwan president until July 3.
