Local politicians looking forward to working with new CPC leader Andrew Scheer

Despite Maxime Bernier leading for the first 12 ballots, the 13th and final ballot means Andrew Scheer is the next leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.
In the final round, Alberta voters picked Bernier with 53.07 per cent of the vote compared to Andrew Scheer’s 46.93 per cent of the vote.
