Far on the horizon where grey skies meet white earth, something moves very slowly. Almost at a crawl. At first it seems like it’s simply two trees swaying in the wind.
As enemy soldiers’ eyes and attention turn towards the “trees” — actually antennas attached to tanks silhouetted against the white background — an opposing armada pulls up behind them as softly as the falling snow and as deadly as black ice.
