Landmark Edmonton Westin Hotel where royalty stayed for sale

Edmonton’s landmark Westin Hotel, which has played host to the Queen, among other famous guests, is up for sale.
The curving highrise on 100 Street is being sold by Connecticut-based Starwood Capital Group, along with the two other Canadian Westins it has in Calgary and Ottawa, said Curtis Gallagher, vice-president of hotel investment for Cushman & Wakefield, which is handling the deal.
