Kingsway Mall overhaul includes pop-up space for food vendors

Kingsway Mall is undergoing a $50-million overhaul that’s redeveloping the former Target store and providing space for start-up food vendors.
“I think our new additions are bringing new customers and creating some excitement for our regular customers,” general manager Susan Denney said Wednesday.
“We have seen extra traffic since opening the new wing Oct. 17.”
