Kenney, Hoffman spar over UCP platform

Backed by candidates and supporters holding letters spelling out “jobs,” “economy” and “pipelines,” UCP Leader Jason Kenney unveiled his party’s full election platform in Calgary Saturday afternoon.
Kenney addressed hundreds of supporters at Spruce Meadows, using a 40-minute speech to promote the weighty, 117-page tome of a platform as a “blueprint for change.”
The reason for its length?
